WES5302-150 Triple core control architecture


The WES5302-150 main control system adopts a three core control architecture (dual DSP+FPGA), with a 32-bit high-performance floating-point computing processor. Compared to ordinary PLC structures, it has faster computation speed, stronger anti-interference ability, and higher control accuracy. Without the hindrance of PLC “instruction cycle”, WES5302-150 can quickly respond and timely avoid cascading faults when faults occur. Equipped with fault self diagnosis function, it is convenient and fast to locate faults.

WES5302-150 has no speed sensor/speed sensor control; VF control/vector control, frequency conversion/power frequency disturbance free switching, synchronous motor/asynchronous motor drive mode, variable torque/constant torque, high-resolution speed regulation, low voltage ride through, and fast braking are various control functions to meet the auxiliary needs of different industrial scenarios. Color touch screen operation, Chinese screen, simple and fast operation; At the same time, it can be equipped with various fieldbuses and cloud platform monitoring systems.
