VMIVME-5565-110000 stand-alone Information Systems 61131 engine allows engineers to run custom control logic at two different speeds.Stepper Driver Additions Two new advanced programmable SureStep drivers offer more features and higher current capability. Software-selectable resolutions up to 51,200 steps per revolution provide smoother, more accurate motion and power capabilities up to 10A per phase.

VMIVME-5565-110000 new drives accept step and direction, CW/CCW pulse inputs, A/B quadrature inputs, 12-bit analogue (Analogue Speed Mode); other features include discrete speed commands (Oscillator Mode), Joystick Mode and a built-in indexer. The drive comes with a serial cable for setup and programming and SureStep Pro software, also available as a free download.

VMIVME-5565-110000 can achieve a high-speed solution rate of up to 4M, making it suitable for critical control loops. The slower solution rate can be as low as 1 second, making it ideal for SCAD reporting. Additionally, the solution equips integrators with the necessary tools to easily centralise information from various microprocessor-based devices in modern plant applications.
