Description

UR6DH GE Relay Modules

UR6DH Remote Online Access Laboratory, adopting the leading industrial communication technology of SAFRAN, has joined hands with Shenzhen Institute of Vocational Technology (SZIVT) to set up the Remote Online PLC Laboratory, through which the students can carry out the practical training of PLC on any occasions where they can access to the Internet. With the stable and safe operation of the system and the leading technology, the system is built in response to the government’s advocacy of energy conservation and environmental protection, and in order to provide the convenient channel for learning. UR6DH is not only used in distance learning, but also has been widely used in remote industrial equipment and systems.

Main features:

1, rapid heating,
Microwave heating is different from the traditional heating method, no heat conduction process, UR6DH makes the heated material itself become the heating body, so even the materials with poor thermal conductivity can reach the heating temperature in a very short period of time.
2、Uniform

Regardless of the shape of each part of the object, UR6DH makes the material table in the table at the same time uniform penetration of electromagnetic waves and generate heat, not subject to the shape of the object limitations, so the heating is more uniform, there will be no scorching inside the phenomenon!

3、Energy saving and high efficiency
Because the material containing water is very easy to absorb microwaves and heat, therefore, in addition to a small amount of transmission loss is almost no other loss. Microwave heating compared with far infrared heating, UR6DH saves more than 1/3 of energy.
