The ISO EM U-P-O and ISO EM A-P-O series isolation amplifiers are a hybrid integrated circuit with magnetoelectric isolation. This IC integrates a multi isolated DC/DC converter power supply and a set of magnetoelectric coupled analog signal isolation amplifiers on the same chip. It adopts a low-cost scheme of magnetoelectric coupling and is mainly used in situations where there are no special requirements for EMC (electromagnetic interference). The wide creepage distance and internal isolation measures on the input and output sides enable the chip to reach an insulation voltage of 3KVDC. The ISO EM series products are very convenient to use, without zero and gain adjustment, and without the need for external adjustment potentiometers, they can achieve the isolation and conversion function of 0- ± 10V/0- ± 20mA bidirectional DC signals in industrial sites.
The product is mainly used for analog signal input and output control in industrial control systems. The system uses DSP and PLC’s DA conversion output signals to display and control the adjustable outputs of other devices, monitors the working voltage, current, and various operating parameters on industrial sites, and adds 0-1mA/4-20mA/0-20mA/0-75mV/0-5V/0-10V/0- ± 10V/0- ± 20mA standard signal interfaces outside the system.
