Description
TVB6003-1EIMC 1381-648241-12 I/O Integration Module
The TVB6003-1EIMC 1381-648241-12 offers a 4.3″ colour touch screen for a clear and simple operator interface. The touchscreen and five function keys are housed in a flat fascia unit with an IP66/IP65/NMA4X rating, making the Vision 430 an excellent fit for industrial shower requirements. Modules for each Vision 430 model provide an on-board I/O configuration, including digital, high speed and analogue I/OS, as well as temperature and weight measurement options. Expansion modules enable local and remote I/O up to 1000 metres, making the Vision 430 a cost-effective solution for applications up to 512 I/OS.
The TVB6003-1EIMC 1381-648241-12 communicates with a host controller (PLC or PC) via a network. This interface meets a wide range of applications due to its flexible design. It is easily mounted on standard DIN rails, simplifying installation and reducing costs. ane2 is compatible with any PLC that supports the network available with the product, as it is programmed using the input/output registers in the host controller. No additional software is required to use the Programmable Control Program/Computer Aided Control Program Interface. Users have the option of configuring and testing the Ane2 using AMCI’s convenient PC-based Network Configurator software (free download). By stacking more units onto the “gateway”, any one I/O module can be easily expanded from one to six I/O modules, all communicating with a single network connection. The solution supports up to 12 SSI sensors on a single network connection, thus reducing physical wiring and streamlining data traffic on the network.
Features of the TVB6003-1EIMC 1381-648241-12 include 24 auto-tuning 530 loops to control temperature, level and pressure. Time-based and instantaneous interrupt support makes the Vision 430 suitable for “fast response” applications such as packaging machines. Built-in recipe functionality is supported by a data sheet that stores the parameters required to control a particular process. The data sheet also enables the controller to store data logs on a micro-SCD card. The micro SCD card also stores application backups and allows complete PLC cloning.
