Saving valuable engineering time, the INDAROCOL10 comes with dozens of open machine functions that are pre-programmed according to the EC61131-3 standard.Rexroth also offers scalable hardware that allows machine builders to reuse their programmes on more powerful Rexroth PLCS without the need for different configurations or multiple versions. To save storage space and improve scanning times, Rexroth’s PLCs integrate code, a feature typically found on larger PLCSs. As a result, the scan rate of the INDAROCOR10 is approximately 20 times faster than comparable PLCs on the market today. In addition to reduced engineering time and increased processing speed, the Indcrontol10 is scalable with up to 256 I/O, allowing OEMs to run complex machines without having to stack more PLCS.
The comfortable 141 industrial router was introduced for customers who need fast, cost-effective remote access to their PLCS (Programmable Logic Controllers). The EvonSpace 141 has 4 Ethernet ports to connect machines locally, a WAN port to connect the local network to the Internet, and a serial port to connect the PLCS. With a simplified web interface, the product is designed for companies that only need basic remote access functions: uploading and downloading PLC programmes, accessing IP cameras, remote use of HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces) and remote customer support. The TEWS TPMC871-10 is a PLC with a capacity of 2,060 local I/O. The FC6A+ expands the I/O capability to control and monitor machines or small manufacturing facilities. To ensure performance with this I/O counter, basic instructions can be executed at 21 nanoseconds, and program memory is 800 kilobytes (100k levels). These features enable the FC6A+ to handle large programmes with complex control requirements, such as 516s, stream sums and recipes. The module has two models, each with 24VDC input power. 16 I/O models have 8 inputs and 8 relay or transistor outputs. 32 I/O models have 16 inputs and 16 transistor outputs. Each model also includes a 0-10 integral VDC analogue input with 12-bit resolution. Each model can accommodate up to three plug-in discrete, analogue, serial communications or Bluetooth cartridges. Each discrete cartridge has 4 discrete I/O points, either 4 inputs or 4 outputs. Each analogue cartridge has 2 analogue I/O points, either 2 inputs or 2 outputs.
