TC-PPD011 is equipped with 2 communication ports as standard, 1 RS422 communication port and 1 RS485 communication port. Use the RS485 port of PLC to communicate with the inverter (MODBUS-RTU), control the inverter to run, stop, speed and read the inverter running status and output frequency. Then communicate with the text display through the RS422 port of Haiwell PLC to set the welding process parameters.

TC-PPD011 utilizes the MODBUS-RTU communication protocol command of Easy Control King PLC to realize the operation control and status reading with the inverter. All the communication functions of Easy Control King PLC are standard MODBUS-RTU protocol, supporting bit read/write and byte read/write.TC-PPD011 is equipped with 1 RS422 port and 1 RS485 port as standard. The TC-PPD011 is a type of parallel output that corresponds to the angle of rotation, and the rotational position can be confirmed without a counter.
