Description

T8461 ICS Triplex Trusted TMR 24 Vdc Digital Output Module

T8461 is based on the same driving technology as before, MotionChip, which reduces the time required to assemble the machine by changing screw type contacts to simple pins. System integrators can now easily design clean PCBs that accommodate all components and eliminate all cables. PIM2043 controls DC, brushless, linear, and stepper motors with a power of up to 75W (24V, 3A), and embeds motion control, driver, and PLC functions into an open frame unit (size 59x42x20mm). This drive can be programmed (TML) and graphics tools in EasyMotion Studio using Technosoft motion language. It is most valuable in systems with distributed intelligence, where motion application tasks are allocated between the master station and the driver. Its embedded motion controller provides the same high-level motion language for all motors, allowing users to clearly understand their technical differences. Complex motion sequences can be directly programmed on the driver, while system control functions are processed by the monitoring PC/PLC. Contour, profiling, gear, electronic cam, PVT and other motion modes can be easily executed in independent or multi axis operations. Typical feedback devices include incremental encoders, digital, and linear Hall sensors. Distributed control is achieved through external adapters via CAN, CANopen, RS-232 networks, or Ethernet. C. C++, C #, Delphi, Visual Basic, Labview libraries, and various PLC motion libraries can be quickly integrated into applications.

T8461 provides versatility to address various interface issues between incremental encoder signals and PLC, servo drives, or other input devices. This module is very suitable for use with single ended or differential line driver encoder signals, with three complementary inputs rated at 4.5-7.5 and 12-26 VDC, and a frequency response of up to 1 MHz. The FC-ISO-C high-speed optical isolator module is designed with three complementary open collector outputs, with a rated voltage of 5-36 VDC, and can be used in single ended configurations. The photoelectric isolation with a rated voltage of 1800V separates the input signal from the output. This module can convert the encoder signal of the differential line driver into a single ended open collector signal, or change the encoder signal voltage to match the input of the receiving electronic device. Very suitable for use with encoder and servo drive encoder signal inputs and outputs. This module has three differential line driver outputs with a rated voltage of 5VDC and 1800V photoelectric isolation. The FC-ISO-D module converts the single end encoder signal into a differential line driver signal, or converts the differential line driver encoder signal into a single end signal. This module can also change the encoder signal voltage to match the received electronic input. Both modules are designed with a slender plastic casing, which includes an integrated 35mm DIN rail mounting adapter, LED indicators, and removable screw terminal blocks for easy installation and wiring.
