Description
SST SST-PFB-CLX Compact Controller
The SST SST-PFB-CLX offers a basic model that provides a fully integrated controller for small machines with up to 60 I/O and integrated Ethernet connectivity. The FX5SPLC is a simple solution for automation applications at a price point that compares favourably with the original FX5U high-performance model and the FX5UJ mid-size model. Unique features of the module include a built-in web server for connecting customised web pages and Cc-link IE network capability for reliable communication with HMIs, VFDs, servos and remote I/Os. With faster speeds and increased programme memory, this series of compact controllers gives customers superior performance and reliability.
The SST SST-PFB-CLX is the perfect module for users who need to modernise from serial to Ethernet while reducing costs. The basic model is programmed in the same GX operating environment as other compact PLCS, making it ideal for simple automation applications in the packaging, material handling, food and beverage, water and printing industries. Also available are communications, programming, integrated data storage, and a complete line-up of discrete, analogue and specialist I/O modules.
The SST SST-PFB-CLX module CPU, with its increased power supply, analogue I/O modules and specialist I/O and Piezo M modules are now available directly from the automation for the P1000 PLC. The P1-550 CPU adds a fifth communication port which supports 16 GS Series VFDS remote I/O and 4 Proton MOBUS Trade Area I/O. The P1-550 CPU supports 16 GS Series VFDS remote I/O and 4 Proton MOBUS Trade Area I/O from an external power supply. The O-Coupler Universal Power Supply provides an isolated 26W power supply to the Production 1000 system from an external 100-240VAC or 125VDC source. The power supply will power up to 15 expansion I/O modules for up to 240 hardware I/O point combinations. In addition, the P1-01DC power supply 16 Watt power supply supports one CPU and up to eight expansion modules from an external 12-24 VDC source.
