Description

SNAT602TAC 61001395G1 Quality inspection system

The integrated control system of SNAT602TAC 61001395G1 and PLC consists of two parts: production system and non production system (as shown in Figure 1). The production system mainly consists of microcomputers, adapters, PLCs, actuators, and on-site instruments. The non production system mainly consists of process simulation display screens, television monitoring equipment, on-site communication equipment, quality inspection systems, management information systems, and other parts. The central control room is responsible for processing a large amount of information from both production and non production systems. Through the integration of computer and PLC control system, the various production workshops, subsidiary departments, and main plant departments of the lubricating oil plant are integrated into an inseparable whole, thus maximizing the utilization of information resources.

SNAT602TAC 61001395G1 has the following functions:
According to the technical requirements put forward by users, various types of petrochemical products are accurately formulated and produced according to the proportion of additive formulas, and the entire production process is automated through microcomputers and on-site PLC control systems.
By using self-developed computer software, dynamic monitoring of the production site can be achieved. A good human-machine interface and clear configuration graphics enable operators to have a clear understanding of various working conditions on site through computer screens.
In on-site production, in order to improve the accuracy of the entire control system, local feedback functions have been designed on equipment such as mixers, motors, electric valves, and solenoid valves. These independent local feedback functions constitute strong support for the overall system feedback control.
When there is a pressure alarm or oil level alarm in the system, on the one hand, the PLC program is used to achieve automatic parking, and on the other hand, with the help of a voice card, operators in the control room can immediately hear the alarm signal and take corresponding measures in a timely manner.
