Using a PFSK165 tachometer motor as the feedback source corresponds to the tachometer calibration board. This board supports AC and DC analog speed measuring motors with a calibration range of 10-199V. Calibrate the voltage of the tachometer using two 10 way inline switches for one position and ten positions. Use a 1-way switch for 100 positions.
There is a fixed calculation formula between the setting voltage of the calibration board, the maximum speed/voltage of the speed measuring motor, and the maximum speed of the main motor. This formula can be used to calculate the set voltage value of the calibration board for the main motor at rated speed. If this formula is used to calculate the voltage value of the calibration board at the rated speed of the main motor as V, where V1 is greater than V and V2 is less than V, then:
When PFSK165 is used as the setting voltage value for the calibration board, the main motor will run above the rated speed at the highest speed, which is not allowed;
When PFSK165 is used as the set voltage value for the calibration board, the main motor will operate within the rated speed range;
That is to say, if V is used as the setting value for the calibration board, the main motor will operate within the rated speed, which is what we need.
This formula is: V calibration=(V measurement ÷ R measurement) × R main
V calibration: Set the voltage value of the calibration board;
V measurement: the rated voltage value of the speed measuring motor;
R measurement: the rated speed of the speed measuring motor;
R main: The rated speed of the main motor.
Example: A DC motor with a rated speed of 540-1200R/min, a speed measuring motor with a rated speed of 2000R/min, and a rated voltage of 110V. Please set the corresponding voltage value on the calibration board.
V calibration=(V measurement ÷ R measurement) × R main
=110 ÷ 2000 × one thousand and two hundred
=66 (V)
Namely, the set voltage of the calibration board is 66V
