Description
RPS AX7695 Internal Auxiliary Relay
RPS AX7695 can be connected in series with the normally open point of the detected appliance in the step sequence section of the ladder diagram. When the normally open point of the appliance becomes closed, i.e., when there is a short-circuit fault, it will immediately turn on the output relay, which is an auxiliary relay for PLC, stopping the relevant output devices and making the fault indicator light up to enable the operator to find out the faults and determine the causes quickly. In order to avoid the instantaneous closure of the normally open point of some detected electrical appliances during the step changeover, resulting in a short error in the fault indication, a number of timers can be set as required.
RPS AX7695 can set several timers according to the need, so that the step transition time is the same and there is an interval between the steps share a timer. The timer’s normally open point is connected in series in the corresponding step sequence, and the time setting value is slightly larger than the step conversion time, so that there will be no error fault indication. If a step status indicator consisting of a PLC internal auxiliary relay is set in each step sequence segment, and the normally open point of the indicator is connected in series with the normally open point of the timer and the fault output relay described above, fault detection of the step can be realized using the step status indicator. The faulty appliance in question can only be detected if the system is running to that step.
