ROCKWELL TC-505-02-4M5 Manual and automatic control

ROCKWELL TC-505-02-4M5

● Convenient: Provide a complete set of testing equipment, including reagents, probes and sample cups, which combines the functions of colourimetric and electrochemical parameter testing, eliminating the need to carry multiple pieces of equipment.
Efficient: 11 parameters can be measured simultaneously in as little as 8 minutes, which is 1/4 of the time required by traditional analytical methods.

Description

ROCKWELL TC-505-02-4M5

ROCKWELL TC-505-02-4M5 uses 10 solenoid valves, which can be manually controlled or automatically controlled. In automatic control mode, an automatic process consists of 10 steps, and users can specify how many steps to use, as well as the solenoid valve and power on time for each step. After pressing automatic start, the system will execute from the first step of the process to the last step of use. The manual control mode can directly control the switch of the solenoid valve, or the switch status of the solenoid valve can be monitored through the HMI on the integrated machine.ROCKWELL TC-505-02-4M5 requires manual and automatic control. After the automatic control is turned on, it remains at a set pressure value.

If one or more valves open and the pipeline pressure decreases, the system will automatically increase the operating frequency of the frequency converter, and the motor will accelerate operation to maintain the pipeline pressure at the set pressure value. This will keep the pressure within a constant range and keep the outlet pressure of each pipeline constant.

Regarding the operation of the water pump, when the valve is closed and the pressure inside the pipeline rises to the set value, it will stop. When it is lower than the pipeline pressure, the system will automatically adjust the pressure to maintain it at the set value. When the pipeline pressure exceeds the alarm set value, the system will give an alarm indicating that the pressure is too high. If it is lower than the set value, the system will give an alarm indicating that the pressure is too low and stop to protect the motor. When the motor is running at low frequency for a long time, and the motor reaches the low frequency shutdown time, the frequency converter will automatically stop running to protect the motor.
