Disadvantages: High manufacturing cost and complex structure.
Self locking problem: In theory, ball screw pairs can also self lock, but in practical applications, this self lock is not used mainly because of poor reliability or high processing costs; Because the ratio of diameter to lead is very large, usually a self-locking device such as a worm gear is added.
