RDC2 CPU Module


RDC2’s Ethernet network is an industrial Ethernet technology that uses commercial Ethernet communication chips and physical media to realize point-to-point connections between devices using Ethernet switches. It can support both 10M and 100M Ethernet commercial products. It is a packet up to 1500 bytes, data transmission up to 10Mbps or 100Mbps; thus realizing the high-speed transmission of data.

RDC2 control system to realize the transmitter chain protection, that is, the transmitter cooling, power supply, electronic tube, slot road in any one of the parameters of the anomaly, the system can realize the alarm and take relevant emergency measures to ensure the safety of the system. The HMI (human-machine interface) of the field control is designed with Siemens TP270 configuration, which can realize local operation such as alarm, record, print, and read parameters.

RDC2 can realize remote operation of the cooling system, power supply, pole bias of electron tube and excitation in the control room; and can display the operation status of the system, accelerating voltage (D voltage) and other related parameters in the HMI of the industrial PC in the control room. The PLC used in the system is configured as shown in Figure 3. The power supply module is PS305, which can provide DC24V voltage and DC5A current, and the CPU is 313-2DP, which comes with 32 points of DI/DO, and there are two channels of hardware to generate pulses with a maximum frequency of 30KHZ to satisfy the pulses required for pulse modulation in the system and for dragging the stepping motors in the slot circuit.
