Therefore, higher requirements are put forward for the reliability of the equipment and the safety of the system. In addition, in some low-voltage electrical testing, precise control of test time and collection of test data are required, which cannot be achieved by traditional SCADA software combined with PLC systems, Therefore, it is necessary to cooperate with timing controllers, data acquisition equipment, etc. We use Citect SCADA software and Schneider Modicon’s Premium series PLC as the core to build a control platform, and cooperate with software and hardware safety interlocking systems, timing generators, time and current protection units, and data acquisition devices to form a complete testing platform. In the design, in addition to considering the characteristics of ordinary power systems, we also fully consider the characteristics of low-voltage electrical testing stations and the universality of the platform Scalability. At present, this design has been applied and runs well on the short circuit test platform of Schneider low-voltage electrical testing station 2、 The low-voltage electrical equipment test monitoring system structure is divided into five parts: monitoring computer and monitoring software, programmable logic controller (PLC), programmable timing controller, safety interlocking system, and data acquisition system.
