PFSK160A ABB in/out High precision diagnostic module
The DC circuit of ACS1000 adopts IGCT instead of fuse as the protection for the main circuit of the frequency converter, and the IGCT breaking time is 25 μ s. It is 1000 times faster than traditional fuses, greatly improving the turning off speed and thus improving the reliability of protection. IGCT also has the following advantages:
① The Flyback diode is integrated on the same chip ② No buffer circuit is required ③ The control gate circuit is integrated with the power components ④ Very high reliability (less total components) ⑤ High power density (less total components and low loss)
ACS1000 adopts Direct torque control (DTC) technology. It does not need to install pulse encoder on the motor shaft, but has accurate speed and torque control. DTC can output full torque at zero speed. In DTC, stator flux and torque are the main control variables. Through a high-speed digital signal processor, the actual operating value of the motor is continuously compared with the reference value, achieving separate determination of each switch state in the inverter. This way, the transmission device is always in the optimal switch combination, making a rapid response to dynamic changes caused by sudden load changes or power interference.
