PCD232A 3BHE022293R0101 Remote I/O Modules

The PCD232A 3BHE022293R0101 adds ps-amc motion controllers designed to work seamlessly with select productivity PLCS to provide accurate, coordinated, plug-and-play motion control. These controllers can co-ordinate up to 4 axes per controller (PS-AM4) with differential encoder feedback for each axis and a maximum switching frequency of 1MHZ. also includes up to 24 universal high-speed inputs and 12 universal high-speed outputs. In 1,2,3 or 4 axis models, the AMC controller is automatically found in the Productivity Suite programming software, which has a number of built-in motion commands allowing easy configuration of standard motion profiles, including flying cut-offs and rotary tables.

The Productivity 1000 Remote I/O Module provides a low cost remote I/O solution for use with the P1-550 and P2-550 controllers. Up to four P1-RX Remote Modules can be used with the P1-550 and up to eight with the P2-550. this adds a further 512 I/O’s, demonstrating that the P1000 system did not previously offer remote expansion, the P2000 system adds 1024 at a much lower cost than the existing P2-RS expansion modules.

All P1-RX modules and connected I/Os are automatically discovered in the Productivity Suite programming software, and each I/O point is pre-specified and labelled for immediate use in ladder code or modification as required. The aim is to provide an experience that is closer to today’s smartphones and tablets than yesterday’s HMIs. With a wide range of functions such as data display and storage, machine control, PLC communication, protocol translation, alarm notification, media playback and IOOT integration, the CMT series is still up to speed.
