6410-024-N-N-N The structure of the user application system developed based on the configuration software consists of five parts: the main control window, the equipment window, the user window, the real-time database and the operation strategy. The control flow diagram of the specific moulding process is shown in Fig. 4, from which it can be seen that the real-time temperature values of each single loop collected by the sensor measurement and temperature acquisition module are all deposited into the real-time database, and the user can observe the current temperature values of each single loop by calling up the real-time database in the master window, so as to deal with the temperature anomalies accordingly.

The operation status of the 6410-024-N-N-N output control module can be known through the device window. At the same time, in each stage of the blade mould forming process in Figure 4, the temperature rise and constant temperature maintenance processes are stored in the application system with the corresponding control strategy, that is, the corresponding control strategy is run at each stage to achieve the expected forming process. The user can know the system status of the current stage of the moulding process through the user window, and when the alarm message shown in Fig. 4 appears in the user window, the user can manually carry out a series of actions such as heating up, cooling down, thermostatic holding, starting and stopping of each channel according to the alarm message shown.
