For proper protection and transmission of sensitive analogue signals, a shielded sub-D connector (15, 25 or 37 pole options) is provided with 24 shielded ad-hoc task force wiring. Industrial connectors rated up to 250 V and 8a are available for higher voltage signals.The PLC interface board portfolio consists of 40 passive boards, 15 digital signal relay boards and more than 15 analogue signal boards. Interface boards for digital inputs and outputs include standard voltage versions for 4, 8, 12, 16 and 32 channels, as well as a choice of screw or tension clamp connections. 8,16 and 32 channel boards are available for higher voltage applications. Analogue boards are available in 4, 8, 9 and 16 channels. Users can choose from a variety of features including LED indicators for each channel, integrated fuse versions, interruptible channels with manual PLC signal switching, and special boards with manual relay contact switching for power functions. boards can also be used in 1-, 2-, or 3-wire systems, so no additional terminal blocks or space are required.

Ideally suited for use with single-ended or differential line driver encoder signals, the P3EDb HENF452778R1 features three complementary inputs rated at 4.5-7.5 and 12-26VDC, with frequency response up to 1 MHz. Three complementary open collector outputs, rated from 5-36VDC, are used in single-ended configurations. Optical isolation at 1800 volts separates the input signal from the output. The module can convert differential line driver encoder signals to open collector single-ended signals, or change encoder signal voltages to match receiving electronic inputs.The FC-IOS-D High Speed Optical Isolation Module is ideally suited for use with encoder and servo-driven encoder signal inputs and outputs. The module has three differential line drive outputs rated at 5VDC, optically isolated from 1800 V. The FC-ISOD module converts single-ended encoder signals to differential line drive signals, or differential line drive encoder signals to single-ended signals. The module can also change the encoder signal voltage to match the receiving electronic input. Both modules are designed with a light wire plastic enclosure that includes a complete 35mm DIN rail mounting adapter, LED indicators and removable screw terminal blocks for easy installation and wiring.
