Description

NTLS01 ABB Image Sensors

The NTLS01 offers exceptional performance while minimizing space and expense, making it an excellent choice for machine automation applications. This includes motion controllers, drives, power supplies, and high-speed PLCs, available in 9″, 11″, and 19″ models. The versatile built-in amplifiers can power a range of motors, including steppers (in open or closed loop servo sinusoidal commutation), DC brush, DC brushless, and AC induction (as a closed loop servo with sinusoidal commutation), with wattage capacities ranging from 100 to 5,000 watts. This can be achieved using standard digital quadrature or analogue SIN/CO encoders. The M4U’s integrated design incorporates a dedicated servo processor into the controller board, delivering real-time servo control over each axis, encompassing position, velocity, current servo loops, and sinusoidal communication. Standard motions at your disposal include: 3-axis to 8-axis vector point-to-point movement, 2D and 3D geometries, electronic multi-axis configurations, non-Cartesian kinematic configurations (hexapods, delta robots, SCARA robots), complex eight-dimensional paths and splines, multi-axis master/slave, and additional features. All from a computer, no hardware required. mc4U also facilitates programming of PLC applications in five widely used IEC-61131-3 languages through a high-speed virtual PLC, simplifying development for programmers accustomed to this environment. Comprehensive transparency between the PLC and acspl+ environments empowers users to leverage the advantages of both languages, leading to the swift and efficient development of entire machine control applications.
The NTLS01 offers a choice of 4-20mA or 0-10v input/output interfaces, ensuring compatibility with a broad range of PLCs, DCSs, A/Ds, D/As, and other control devices. The device is suitable for front panel mounting (MR267 only) and din rail mounting. The MR266 series replaces low power (<5 watts) potentiometers within the 100-100kb range and provide four power options (20/60/170/300 Watts) to replace high power rheostats in the 2-50kW range. The MR266 series replaces low power (<5 watts) potentiometers within the 100-100kb range and provide four power options (20/60/170/300 Watts) to replace high power rheostats in the 2-50kW range. The MR266/MR267 series not only provide analogue input/output control but also come packed with additional features. The series features three adjustable user adjusters to define minimum (4MA/0V input), maximum (20ma/10V input), and speed (10-120 seconds) setpoints. Moreover, the Override Mode option enables the system engineer to set the unit’s response when the user attempts to manually override the unit via the front panel knob. To disable analogue input control until a reset is performed, set the override DIP switch. The MR267A Override Pushbutton/LED Indicator Assembly is a ready-made accessory that can be used with Override Mode. It allows system engineers to automate the speed control of the motor drive system, which is normally manually controlled via a 2W potentiometer adjustment range of 10-85 cents.
