Search historical data by date ranges, specific areas, procedures, customers, agents, bridges, wires, devices, families, classes, users, comparison groups, and more. Receive detailed information to help you identify problem areas and improve processes. Quickly view important process statistics for an area or an entire system. Validate your quality assurance process. Create audit reports to help verify that quality control processes are in place and being followed. Identify areas of risk in your system. Reports reveal issues such as discrepancies between items that are scheduled to be compared and items that are not in the scheduled comparison group so that problems can be quickly resolved. Multilingual displays support over 15 languages and 20 graphic symbols. These units have 48K (virtual) steps of logic, providing flexibility, functionality and power.
