Description
NI SCXI-1000 Voltage Input Module
NI SCXI-1000 is ideally suited for use with encoder and servo drive encoder signal inputs and outputs. The module has three differential line driver outputs rated at 5VDC with 1800V opto-isolation.The FC-ISO-D module converts a single-ended encoder signal to a differential line driver signal or a differential line driver encoder signal to a single-ended signal. The module can also change the encoder signal voltage to match the receiver electronics input. Both modules are designed in slim plastic housings that include integrated 35mm DIN rail mounting adapters, LED indications and removable screw terminal blocks for easy installation and wiring.
NI SCXI-1000 is intended for use in automation and PLC-based applications and features inputs for tool enablement and disablement and outputs for cycle completion. In addition, the power supply offers high and low speed settings to provide 0-10V outputs for operation with PLCs, digital indicators, A/D converters, computer-based data processors, and QC data collection systems. The SE 750 Series General Purpose DC LVDTs utilise the built-in electronics to provide the functionality required of an AC-powered LVDT, with the convenience of DC inputs and outputs. The high reliability, easy field integration, and excellent resolution of these industry-standard 3/4-inch (19-millimetre) LVDTs make them ideal for a range of position measurement applications, including valve position sensing and hydraulic cylinder positioning, as well as machine tool positioners and material test probes.
NI SCXI-1000 is provided with 24 shielded ad-hoc task force wiring. Industrial connectors rated up to 250 V and 8a are available for higher voltage signals. The PLC interface board portfolio consists of 40 passive boards, 15 digital signal relay boards and more than 15 analogue signal boards. Interface boards for digital inputs and outputs include standard voltage versions for 4, 8, 12, 16 and 32 channels, as well as a choice of screw or tension clamp connections. 8,16 and 32 channel boards are available for higher voltage applications. Analogue boards are available in 4, 8, 9 and 16 channels.
