Description

NI SCXI-1000 Encoder Module

The NI SCXI-1000’s solution for heavy-duty applications such as surface aerators, settling tanks, sludge thickeners, and mixers includes MAXXDRIVE® industrial gearboxes. These drives are designed to handle the most demanding loads and produce torque up to 2,495,900 lb-in. They can effectively withstand extreme environments, fluctuating environmental conditions and feature an optimised temperature management system to cool the system, thereby extending the life of the lubricant. Variable Frequency Drives play an important role in many wastewater treatment systems, from optimising paddle speeds on sludge thickeners to controlling water flow through various pumps throughout the system.NORDAC FLEX Frequency Drives are Nordic’s most flexible VFDs, with fully scalable functionality that can be customised to meet precise application requirements. They feature integrated POSICON positioning control, integrated PLC and easy parameter transfer via EEPROM memory. Intelligent energy-saving functions provide optimum operation at partial loads or low speeds, thus reducing the total cost of ownership. Whether it’s a screening system, screw conveyor, surface aerator or settling tank, Nordic offers customised solutions that are energy efficient, intelligent and robust.

The NI SCXI-1000 can be registered for free via the website. Participation in the Eplan Marketplace requires verified qualifications, such as employees trained as Eplan certified engineers and an assessment by at least one reference customer. The Eplan manager then verifies the provider and the qualifications and after a successful check the company is listed in the Marketplace. The listing and its use are of course free of charge. Users can use the contact form to send an enquiry to the service provider – the service is then agreed and invoiced outside the marketplace. Feedback can be left on the platform to help other interested parties select future service providers.
