Description
NI SBRIO-9607 Port Linking
NI SBRIO-9607 delivers 30 times faster performance than previous models, and with a small built-in USB programming port and the same appearance, size, wiring and functional behaviour, the module is fully backwards compatible with standard jazz PLCs. Ideal for replacing “smart relays”, they are also suitable for simple applications such as pressure cookers, rotary meters, home automation and other small to medium sized systems. These controllers include 4 auto-tuning rings. The 530 can be set using the on-board temperature/analogue inputs, as well as the analogue or pm outputs; all on-board transistor outputs can be used as pm outputs.Programming is done using Multichannel Design Software version 1.2.1 or later, which can be downloaded free of charge. The Dorotheum T1HPLC provides an advanced instruction set that reduces programming time, an advanced memory map that improves data management, and data structures that simplify initial programming and long-term software maintenance.
NI SBRIO-9607’s built-in simulator creates a virtual PLC so that logic can be tested without the PLC present. The tool simulates discrete and analogue I/O, accesses timers, counters and control bits, and the 530 function. It is possible to remove the connectors from a direct I/O module, snap a zip-tie cable to its original position, and then snap the other end into a connector module mounted on a DIN rail. Not only is it faster, but it looks much better and makes tracing wires and cables a piece of cake! Various styles of zips are available to suit your needs. Accommodates most of the most popular discrete input and output PLCI/O modules. The Advanced Device Connection Server uses GE’s Service Request Transfer Protocol (SRTP) to provide real-time, configurable retrieval and write access from the widget software to GE. To communicate with GE’s Series 90 products, VERSAMAX and PAPC Systems, SRTP is layered in the new Wizards servers. They also support simultaneous connection of multiple client nodes, enabling users to easily extend their existing supervisory HMI, SCAD, and production and performance management applications. MagicSoft da Server integrates advanced functionality through a user interface that facilitates local, remote, fast and hot configuration changes. Users can add new devices and nodes to the network without going offline.
