Description
MVME5500 VMEbus Single-Board
MVME5500 provides customers with automated direct control systems and WUPLCS data collection software. It is necessary to purchase OPC/DDE servers, write code, or purchase Human Machine Interface (HMI) packages for programs to collect data from our PLCS/WPLCS before proceeding with Data Walker. The Data Walker software package easily connects your Ethernetized Direct Programmable Logic Controller (PLCS) or WWplCS to a standalone personal computer or network server for simple data recording. This means that any personal computer or server on the network can collect valuable PLC/WINPC data without the need for special personal computer programming or any third-party HMI, SCAD, or DAQ software applications. Data grass is easy to install and use, and the price is reasonable. Provide practical features in an easy-to-use, compact but scalable design. This series of miniature brick PLCS with stackable I/O modules and free programming software is suitable for first-time users and experienced programmers. This stock has 8 inputs and 6 outputs, divided into 4 combinations of built-in I/O types. For expansion, 11 option modules start at $33 and can be used for flexible system configurations, with a maximum of 142 I/O. All click CPUs support 8K steps of flash EPROM program memory and 8K words of data storage. Two 24 VDC power options.
MVME5500 has added the BRXPLC platform to multi line programmable logic controllers. The functions provided by BuxPLCS include built-in data recording, motion control, serial and Ethernet communication, interchangeable (hot swappable) communication ports, and integrated I/O. It also includes support for Ethernet/IP, MODBUSrTU, tml, ASCII, and custom protocols. Designed as independent controllers with scalability, these micro PLC units come in four different forms: M-series (without onboard I/O), 10 point series, 18 point series, and 36 point series. This series is a simple (without built-in I/O) controller that can be used for various purposes including machine data recording. Ethernet communication is included in the M series and can be extended through user selected I/O modules if needed. The Bux10 point series includes all standard features, along with 10 independent I/O points. The 18 point series includes 18 completely discrete I/O points, while the 36 point series includes 36 built-in discrete I/O points. Output 5a or 1.3a can be used to power the PLC. The space saving design of this module system does not require the installation of a foundation; Clicking on the CPU module can connect to it through at most one integrated expansion port on both sides of the module, and is protected by locking tags at the top and bottom of all modules. A port only supports the MODBUSRTU protocol and can be used as a programming port. This port can also connect the CPU to the MODBUSrtu network as a slave device. The second port is a universal port with user configurable communication parameters, supporting MODBUSRTU or ASCII protocols.
