MVME5500 Save more input points


The basic idea of MVME5500 is dual-use or sequential multiplexing. When the button is first pressed, the output requirement is high; When the button is pressed again, the output requirement is low; When pressed again, it becomes high again, and so on. This can save one input point. When the MVME5500 has a lot of switch control, it can save more input points, such as the host ON and host OFF, and only one input point can be used to control both the paper seat and the paper seat. There are many programming methods to achieve “one point dual use”, such as using internal auxiliary relays, timers, counters, shift instructions, etc

The MVME5500 consists of a main water supply circuit, a backup circuit, a water storage tank, and a pump room. The pump room is equipped with a total of 3 150kW pumps from 1 # to 3 #. In addition, there are multiple electric gate valves or electric butterfly valves that control each water supply circuit and water flow rate. Due to the large size of the water supply network, the system needs to use 2 pumps per hour to pressurize the pipeline network. When the water supply is large, use 3 pumps simultaneously to pressurize the pipeline network. To maintain the pressure of the water supply network unchanged, a pressure transmitter is installed on the pipeline of the pipeline system as a feedback element to provide feedback signals for the control system. Due to the long and large diameter of the MVME5500 pipeline, the pressure filling of the pipeline network is relatively slow, so the system is a large lag system. It is not suitable to directly use PID regulators for control, but should use PLC to participate in control to achieve the regulation effect of the control system. The programmable controller is selected from the Panasonic FP1-C40 model in Japan, and is equipped with A/D and D/A modules
