Description
MVI56-PDPS Wireless Modules
The MVI56-PDPS modules help to remotely control and monitor inaccessible mobile CompactRIO systems over GSM and GPRS phone networks. These new modules for the MVI56-PDPS also add new features, including an RCC radio-controlled clock and IRIG-B output capability, which allows the CompactRIO system to obtain accurate time stamps based on satellite clocks. The timestamps can be used by engineers to wirelessly synchronize multiple remote CompactRIO systems.
The wireless modules of the MVI56-PDPS are all equipped with LabVIEW software, making it easy to integrate our modules into CompactRIO systems, creating the ideal platform for remote acquisition and control applications. Drivven, a leading provider of automotive control and data acquisition solutions, has developed a variety of CompactRIO modules designed for rapid prototyping of full-privilege engine control systems.
With the MVI56-PDPS, engineers can connect CompactRIO or PXI systems directly to a wide range of automotive sensors and actuators, such as crankshaft position sensors, oxygen sensors, thermistors, pressure sensors, ported fuel injectors, common-rail diesel injectors, ignition coils, electronic throttles, etc. All of Drivven’s customized All of Drivven’s customized modules come with ready-to-run LabVIEW software, making the development process simple for automotive engineers. With these customized CompactRIO modules from Drivven, engineers can quickly prototype vehicle ECUs using LabVIEW FPGA and LabVIEW Real-Time software tools for CompactRIO and PXI.
