Description

MVAJ13D1GB0780A High impedance alternator

The MVAJ13D1GB0780A is a cost-effective unit that provides flexibility, stability, and reliability all in one. The components improve on the advancements of the 1900 Series, providing identical measurement benefits whilst expanding the operational features to enhance adaptability in set-up and use scenarios. All devices provide NAMUR-consistent relay features, enabling remote transmission of two levels of concentration alarms and notifications for necessary maintenance, ongoing service, and tool faults, along with fault and calibration history. The Modbus protocol facilitates remote communication and device questioning via RS485, and an optional Ethernet connection is also available. Auto-confirmation and auto-adjustment functions offer the user full flexibility for remote or unmanned operation, or for utilizing trend information to create maintenance and dependability schemes. Stainless steel plumbing, automated range modification, constant ambient gas compensation, and measurement filtration are now included as standard.

The MVAJ13D1GB0780A introduces three options designed and implemented by Servomex that not only significantly improve the standard of comparable units, but also offer potential cost savings in installation and operational performance. The sample chamber is fully heated, eliminating the need for a sample conditioning system for samples up to 50 degrees Celsius. In comparable equipment, up to 80% of failures are related to sample conditioning, which cause considerable unplanned downtime. The heated chamber design cuts downtime by removing cooler, dryer, and conditioning tools. This lowers the operating and initial integration costs, making it ideal for measuring ‘wet’ gases.
