140ACO13000 has a built-in current detection circuit. When power failure or under-current operation occurs in the motor, an alarm signal is issued to stop the system. Detection principle is the use of three-phase double triple beat stepping motor operating characteristics, at any time there are two phases of power. As long as the detection of any moment of the current flowing through the public ground is greater than the corresponding rated current of 2/3 can be considered to work normally, such as less than the corresponding rated current of 2/3, is considered to be under-current operation. Circuit principle and timing diagram, as shown in Figure 3, 4.

140ACO13000 is the current detection resistor and C is used to eliminate competition. In Fig. 4, IN denotes the rated operating current of the three-phase double-triple-tap motor flowing through the current detecting resistor at the common point; In denotes the threshold of the detecting current, In=2/3IN; and I denotes the actual operating current of the motor.ALM denotes the undercurrent alarm. After the system runs, when I≥In, ALM alarms until the fault is removed and the alarm is lifted after the system is reset. The thin solid line in Fig. 4 indicates the timing diagram when ALM is not alarmed.

In the execution of manual operation, when it reaches the set distance, the system keeps the display and stops running; when the disconnection operation is executed in the middle of the operation, the direction remains unchanged, and when it reaches the set distance, the system keeps the display and stops running; when the reset operation is executed, the system firstly runs the display to zero (the count is cleared to zero), and then stops running.
