MCGG52H1CB0753C embeds motion control, drive and PLC functionality into single frame units of different sizes. At the same time, TechSoft has designed a special family of fully digital intelligent brushless stepper motors, the IM23X and IS23X. The hardware architecture of these motors integrates motor, power electronics, controller, and embedded motion controller to provide the same high-level motion language for all motors, making their technical differences transparent to the user. In systems with distributed intelligence, the most valuable is the technical software motion technology, where the motion application is divided into master and drive. Due to the embedded motion controller, complex motion sequences are programmed directly on the drive. The master only calls the functions implemented on the drive and waits for confirmation of their execution. As a result, advanced control functions are handled directly by the supervisory PC, eliminating the need for a multi-axis motion controller.
MCGG52H1CB0753C all technological software drives/motors can be programmed on the new software platform with TML and graphical tools, in stand-alone or multi-axis configuration. Torque, speed, position, contouring, profiling, electronic machining and stepper motor simulation are the multi-mode motion operations of the TechSoft products. Typical feedback devices include tacho generators, incremental encoders, digital or linear halls. Starter packages and libraries for C++, Delphi, PC Vision Basic Motion Control, and a variety of PLC open libraries for PCs make it easier to integrate these actuators/motors into customer applications. By default of RS232 communication, optional CAN/CAN software products will provide advanced distributed motor control functions such as electronic transmission or electronic cams.
