LYA210A Embedded Integrated Power Devices


LYA210A is an integrated integrated power device designed for use in the main circuit of an inverter. For example, 2.5-66A 1200V series and 4-75A 600V series produced by TYCO in Munich, Germany, it includes single-phase/three-phase input rectifier bridge + braking unit (or PFC power factor unit) + six units of IGBT + NTC temperature monitoring.
