LM80. A is a 2-wire loop powered 4-20mA temperature transmitter used for belt alignment temperature measurement. This component is installed on the back surface of any brass friction block and does not require end user calibration. TT420S provides the same function, but uses a 1/4 “-28 tap to screw in the rear of any brass friction block. TT420Z is used for bearing temperature measurement and is a 4-20mA temperature transmitter powered by a 2-wire loop. It can be installed in standard 1/8 “or 1/4” grease nozzles (Zerk) faucets. This component can also be used at any time without the need for end-user calibration. FB420 is a shaft speed feedback sensor installed on the elevator tail pulley, used to measure shaft speed and output a 4-20mA signal within the RPM range of the shaft.
