Due to the importance of the molten salt furnace system in pipeline engineering, and considering that molten salt is an active chemical with different forms at different temperatures, it solidifies at low temperatures and undergoes unstable chemical reactions at high temperatures, leading to corrosion of pipe walls and even explosions. Therefore, safety, reliability, easy operation, and automated management are the key to system design. Therefore, it is considered to use a dual CPU redundant PLC, two sets of industrial control computers High quality sensors, transmitters, and actuators are used to control two 12 million calorie molten salt furnaces, a salt pump, a set of salt valves, a molten salt tank, and other related equipment, achieving automation of the heating and circulation process of molten salt, computer operation, monitoring, and management. The system is shown in Figure 1.
