Description
KUC755AE105 3BHB005243R0105 gate Unit power
A simple but powerful basic programming language is built into the KUC755AE105 3BHB005243R0105 card, allowing the user to write programmes for real-time I/O processing. Therefore, like the PLC, the Rix module can be used independently. The module has 12 inputs, each of which can be individually configured as a digital, 0-5V analogue or pulse input. In pulse mode, the inputs can capture pulse width, frequency, duty cycle or quadrature encoder counts. Each input pin can also be configured as an RC servo for the drive or as an interface to an ultrasonic distance transducer. The RIOX module has 16 digital outputs capable of driving resistive loads such as lights at 40V, or inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, or motors. Each output can also be used as an input. The RIOX modules use screw terminals to ensure easy insertion and removal while providing the most reliable connection possible. The firmware of the RIOX modules can be easily updated in the field to take advantage of new features as they become available.
The KUC755AE105 3BHB005243R0105 allows for high precision motion control in a way that is fast and affordable to integrate. There are currently three different bundles available – Compact Motion, Basic Motion and Pulsed Motion. Compact Motion offers premium performance and can deliver up to 7.0 kW. It offers up to eight synchronised motion axes per module and runs on the new Cc-Linked IE Time Sensitive Network (TSN) for increased communication speed. Basic motion is the most affordable option, using an integrated network of IQ-F small PLC servo amplifiers and motor controls at very low cost. It runs on a CC-linked IE domain basic network and allows the integration of other IE domain basic compatible devices. It is best suited for small systems and can support up to 16 stations. Pulse Motion can be easily integrated with third party PLCS. It operates via pulse train communications, allowing it to communicate with almost any PLC. Also suitable for smaller systems, it does not require a motion module.
