Description
FOXBORO FBM232 P0926GW Machine controller
The KOLLMORGEN S20360-SRS enables programmers to design a custom hexadecimal communication protocol for productivity series CPUs and third-party Ethernet devices. Additionally, Ethernet-based ASCII is an available option with this new function. Alternatively, the Productivity Network (PROET) allows data sharing between two or more networked productivity series CPUs. This feature enables data messages to be transmitted and received without any communication instructions in the ladder program, offering a variety of communication options including MODBUS master/slave or CS31.
The KOLLMORGEN S20360-SRS offers a diverse range of communication options that incorporate MODBUS master/slave or CS31 protocols, which are not commonly available in similar products. 128GB of user memory and 0.1 inches of program processing time/instruction are just two noteworthy features of KOLLMORGEN S20360-SRS. The system has been configured and programmed using CODES-based PS501 control builder AC500, providing interoperability with existing series. This programming software adheres to EN61131-3 standard and features five programming languages, providing a simple and comprehensive platform suitable for the entire family of customers.
Additionally, the supply has been expanded with three new CPUs and four new IO devices. The new version of the CPU offers integrated digital and analogue inputs and outputs, together with relay outputs. Depending on your specific needs, the CPU can provide power supply versions of either 24V DC or 100-240V AC. Relay and TERAC output module, as well as a 100-240V AC digital input module, have been included in the KOLLMORGEN S20360-SRS range. An outstanding feature is the new OO module which combines digital inputs and relay outputs into one module, providing a customisable and cost-effective application solution. This concept is a one-of-a-kind example of a flexible and futuristic automation platform.
