Description
IOC-555-D GE Compressor control
IOC-555-D overall processing speed of the New Engine Logic CPU is 16 times faster than the average controller of our competitors in simple instruction execution and over 14 times faster in executing advanced instruction sets. Don’t wait for your old company to catch up with today’s requirements. Fast scanning supports double word and floating point maths. From billions to millionths, get the numbers you need with 32-bit data processing. The MicroMarket supports double-word and floating-point maths operations, capturing and storing large values and returning calculations to exactly 7 decimal places. It’s faster, requires less maintenance, and delivers more accurate data. The module cuts development time in half. Easy to use, easy to maintain, easy to service. A reliable yet simple solution that doesn’t require extra time you don’t have. No boards to build and maintain. No spare parts to worry about. No approvals required. Save time with faster response, better throughput, less waste and less downtime. Both fault monitors can be integrated into the INSYS Connectivity Services vpn solution through a quick start. The first generation of IMO-1 devices can be updated to enable them to use the new range of features of the logo! The I-1 and I-2 provide a web-based configuration interface that allows remote access with optional vpn security.
IOC-555-D word fault monitor for intelligent monitoring of integrated circuits and process data in industrial and building automation, measurement technology, energy management and electromobility. Equipped with a LAN connection as well as RS485 and RS232 interfaces, the new I-2 integrates MODBUS devices. It completely modifies the monitoring functions of the devices and adds a wide range of new features: They now reliably monitor all versions of Siemens Logo PLC lines, including the 0B7 (IMO1 type), MODBUS trade agreements and MODBUS radio communication devices, as well as extended internal timers. Thanks to their network capability and two serial interfaces, these units can now monitor several devices simultaneously. By means of a multifunctional logical link with freely selectable elements, the status values of the connected devices can trigger actions such as sending user-defined SMS messages or e-mails with the current status value, or output exchanges. Incoming SMS messages or changes in digital inputs can also be linked. By defining contacts and using integrated timers, the user can realise cascading alerts. An optimised status overview, especially for several connected devices, shows all selected elements of an application with their current status at a glance. i-1 and i-2 provide a web-based configuration interface allowing remote access with optional vpn security. In addition, the integrated Linux sandbox enables users to implement their own applications.
