The IISAC01 offers high resolution capability in a compact package. Using rugged interpolation electronics, the L15 can give your control system up to 40,640 cycles of flexibility. Internally, electronic multiplication increases the output resolution up to 16 times without degrading the overall encoder accuracy. Up to 162560 counts are possible by using the standard quadrature detection option found in most PLCS, counters and controllers. this new high performance option of the L15 is ideal for space or weight constrained applications that require high accuracy: applications such as semiconductor manufacturing and industrial robotics. the L15 encoder features a sizeable 15 servo-mount style package, a new diameter stainless steel shaft that can accommodate up to 5 lbs. of radial or weight loss. The L15 encoder package features field-proven ASIC electronics, sealed double bearings and Bei’s accurate code discs in an all-metal housing to ensure ruggedness and reliability.

The IISAC01 can be connected to the 8210 jet via the serial port, USB port and DI/DO. In the event of an anomaly, the Jetbox 8210 acts as an intelligent agent to monitor the status of field devices and transmit messages to back-end technicians via its dual Ethernet ports or USB wireless network. In addition, the Jetbox 8210 with MODBUS gateway function allows industrial automation developers to easily merge field devices into SCAD systems. It is an intelligent agent dedicated to the communication of information between front-end machines and back-end technicians. Basically, it requires hard real-time functionality to monitor machine chaos and network capabilities such as Ethernet or other wireless network messaging.
