Description
ICS TRIPLEX T9110 Local Controller
T9110 module reads the motor absolute position coded data coming through the SSI bus. In order to facilitate communication, the communication processor CP3413-1 module is configured, which can be directly connected to the switch SWITCH with a twisted pair cable to access the existing control network. In addition, in order to generate high-precision analog control signals, the 16-bit precision T9110 module is used. The sampling signals are all 4-20mA signals and the system is configured with the T9110 analog module to complete the measurement of the parameters.
T9110 adjusts the excitation to change the transmitter output energy i.e., when changing the D voltage, it is necessary to change the trimmer capacitance at the same time to match the coupling network to reduce the reflection coefficient[2] . A closed-loop control structure as shown in Fig. 4 is used for the control of the trimmer capacitor. When the PLC receives the action signal from the local TP270 touch screen (local control mode); or when it receives the action signal from Wincc (remote control mode), it calls the corresponding function block FC, generates pulses and direction signals, which are amplified by the driver, drags the stepping motor, and changes the distance between the capacitor plates, so as to realize the change of the capacitance value of the capacitor and match the coupling network.
T9110 position sensor is SICK’s ATM60 SSI absolute position encoder, capacitance plate position encoding data in the format of the SSI protocol, transmitted to the T9110 module, uploaded to the industrial PC in the control room via Ethernet, and then transmitted to the control room in WEB. The capacitive board position encoding data is transmitted to the T9110 module of S7-300 in SSI protocol format, and uploaded to the industrial PC in the control room through Ethernet to be displayed in the HMI of Wincc configuration; at the same time, the position encoding data is transmitted to the local touch panel T9110 through Profibus to be displayed in the local HMI of Protool configuration.
