ICS TRIPLEX T8461 Raw material warehouse bottom feeder feed → No. 2 belt conveyor → No. 1 belt conveyor → homogenization warehouse because No. 1 belt conveyor distance is longer, the working condition is poor, and often in the heavy load condition of starting. Mechanical requirements of the belt starting acceleration of less than 0.3m / s2, so the system must have a large starting torque and good starting characteristics to meet this condition.

The original electrical control of ICS TRIPLEX T8461 adopts the starting and speed regulation method of wire-wound motor rotor string resistance, according to the requirements of the starting characteristic curve, the resistance is divided into 8 sections with different resistance values through calculation, and connected to 8 contactors in parallel, and then these 8 contactors are formed into 16-stage motor sequential starting and speed regulation control circuits through the binary logic coding to complete the whole starting process of the belt conveyor. Due to the early logic sequence control circuit is generally used to realize the relay, resulting in the whole control circuit wiring is very complex, many contacts, high failure rate.
