Description
IC687BEM742 Field Signal Acquisition
IC687BEM742 The complete MACS-K system consists of engineer station, operator station, history station (optional), field control station, industrial control network and other components. Complete logic configuration, online down load, debugging operation, simulation operation mode. Completes the monitoring and control management of the production site. Unified interface, real-time process monitoring. IC687BEM742 completes the functions of on-site signal acquisition, engineering unit conversion, control and interlocking control algorithms, control output, and transmission of data and diagnostic results to the operator station through the system network. Controller redundancy configuration, minimum 10ms control execution cycle, and powerful diagnostic function at the same time.
The IC687BEM742 completes the system historical data service and exchanges information with the plant management network, etc. The system network architecture of the IC687BEM742 consists of three layers from top to bottom, namely, the management network (MNET), the system network (SNET), and the control network (CNET). The management network of the IC687BEM742 is an optional network layer, which is used to communicate with the plant-level production management system such as MES, third-party management software, etc., and can achieve secure information dissemination through INTERNET for advanced data management and sharing.
The IC687BEM742’s system network connects system nodes such as engineer stations, operator stations, history stations and control stations, and supports three network structures: P-TO-P (peer-to-peer), C/S (client/server), P-TO-P and C/S (hybrid), which allows for the rapid construction of high-speed, redundant networks in a star, ring, or bus topology that conforms to the requirements of the IEEE802.3 and IEEE802.3u. IEEE802.3 and IEEE802.3u standards, 100/1000Mbps adaptive.
