IC660ELB912 Industrial Automation Control System
The forward and reverse rotation of the IC660ELB912 inverter is controlled by relays K1 and K2, and the switching of speed is accomplished by relays K3 and K4. The inverter fault alarm output contacts (30A, 30C contacts) are used to stop the high-speed counter operation immediately and are indicated by the indicator HR.
IC660ELB912 inverter has a multi-speed setting function, when both relay contacts K3 and K4 are open, high speed traveling (the first speed); K3 closed, K4 open, medium speed traveling (the second speed); K3 open, K4 closed, low speed traveling (the third speed); K3, K4 are closed, manually adjusted traveling (the fourth speed).
IC660ELB912 knob SF is used for manual/automatic switching and indicates the automatic state with the indicator HG1. In manual, it is possible to manually adjust the position of the driveline by means of buttons SA1 (motor forward) and SA2 (motor reverse). Pushbutton SA is used for start/stop control of the drive train in the automatic state. The start/stop control is realized by means of the “one-button switch-on/off” method, and the start status is indicated by the indicator HG2.
