IC660BBA100 introduces a specialized embedded processor-based industrial wireless remote control with excellent performance and high integration. Such as HBC, JAY, etc., applied to concrete pump trucks, loaders and other occasions. However, because it is generally for specialized engineering equipment, does not have good generality and scalability, and mainly foreign manufacturers, high price, its application promotion is limited.

IC660BBA100 in our development of multi-joint industrial robots, the use of PLC as its main controller, complete the hydraulic pump station and the joints of the hydraulic valve switching and proportional control, to achieve the basic functions of the robot. The wireless digital transmission module is used to send and receive digital signals through wireless communication to realize the function of remote wireless remote control, and the input switching and analog quantities of the designed handheld remote control are collected and encoded and output by the 16-bit microcontroller.

IC660BBA100 manipulator is used for concrete spraying operation in the roadway, with two modes of automatic and manual operation. In automatic mode, PLC controls the joints of the manipulator to move according to the predetermined trajectory of the program, adjusts the orientation and angle of the end of the manipulator, so that the nozzle moves according to the set trajectory and is always perpendicular to the sprayed surface of the roadway, and completes the spraying operation of the roadway surface. In manual mode, the operator controls the switching valve and proportional valve by using the button and proportional rocker respectively to drive the movement of each joint and control the orientation and angle of the concrete nozzle. The pushbutton controls the start/stop of the pump station and the direction switching of the on/off valve, while the proportional rocker forms an analog quantity within the range of ±10V according to the operator’s control, and the proportional valve controls the size and direction of the joints’ movement speed according to the size and direction of the analog quantity.
