In the device, motor 12A01 drives an esterification stirrer to rotate, and motor 12A01P drives the oil pump to rotate to lubricate and cool 12A01. The starting conditions for an esterification stirrer are that the liquid levels of the reaction kettle LIC12019 and LIC12009 are not low and low, the oil pump 12A011 is running, and the oil pressure is normal (PAL12036 is not low). Therefore, the starting and stopping sequence of the two motors should be to start the oil pump 12A01P first, then the stirrer 12A01, and stop 12A01 first and then 12A01P when stopping; In addition, to protect agitator 12A01, interlock and stop 12A01 when the low low liquid level alarm of one esterification liquid level gauge LC12019 and 12009 is triggered, and when 12A01P malfunctions and stops. The system uses a DIVICE block to achieve the above functions simply and conveniently, as shown in Figure 3.
