The main control system used in the xx Chemical 50/80 Coal Chemical Project is the Honeywell EXPERIONPKS R311 control system. In the initial project design, the separation and synthesis devices were independent main control rooms, DCS process controllers, and IO input and output cards located in different computer rooms. In the later stage of the project, due to the company’s configuration optimization and device integration, it is necessary to integrate the synthesis unit and air separation unit from the process control level. In order to meet the integration needs of synthesis and air separation devices, it is necessary to integrate the air separation and synthesis devices from the process control level to achieve cross control; Further improve the integration of the workshop, cultivate multi-skilled talents, and create greater benefits for the company.
