HONEYWELL CC-TDOR11 51308378-175
Hardware platform: The entire system consists of five independent redundant controllers (two for 6.7 # air separation unit and one for low-temperature liquid storage tank system) connected to two redundant process control servers through real-time control network ControlNet. The servers are then monitored through Ethernet with eight operator stations in a C/S structure. The topology of the system is shown in Figure 1:
2.2.1 Controller CPM: Two 35000m ³/h oxygen making machines at Benxi Steel share a PKS system. The controller model of the system is C200 R101 version, and configuration software such as ControlBuilder is used to design and develop corresponding functional blocks such as CM and SCM according to the process principle of oxygen making. Through the input/output function of I/O cards, continuous control, batch processing, discrete control, and other control required by the oxygen making process are completed on site.
2.2.2 Real time Control Network – ControlNet is a token bus based real-time control network with a communication rate of 5Mbps/S. It follows the Producer/Consumer communication protocol, ensuring the real-time and reliability of the network. The hybrid controller is connected to the PCIC network card on the server through a ControlNet network through its CNI network interface card on the rack, achieving data communication between the server and the control.
