Honeywell CC-TDI110 Digital Input
Binhua Group Company has implemented Honeywell’s multivariable predictive control Profit Controller on the epoxy propane unit. After nearly a year of online operation, it has achieved energy-saving and consumption reduction effects. According to data from January to June, it has saved up to 3000 tons of steam per month. The project adopts a contract energy management model, which shares the benefits generated by advanced control.
The Profit Controller adopts a new generation of interval control algorithms to ensure minimal changes in control variables, enhance inherent robustness and stability, make tuning easy, and operate with unlimited variable changes; Can optimize built-in local functions that meet constraint conditions; The newly added Advanced Energy Solution (AES) R410, UOP support computing toolkit, model identification, and performance enhancement modules simplify the entire installation process and facilitate the development of advanced control systems.
The APC scheme design adopts Honeywell’s Profit Controller to control and optimize the epoxy propane device based on actual operating conditions; To establish a suitable advanced control system, it is necessary to combine the operation division and device characteristics of the epoxy propane device, especially for the control objectives, optimization objectives, and process device characteristics of different processes. Honeywell also designed three controllers for the advanced control of the epoxy propane plant, namely the chlorohydrination and propylene recovery reactor controller, the saponification system controller, and the distillation system controller.
