HIMA X-FAN1003 993201013 Safety-Related Controller

HIMA X-FAN1003 993201013 battery-free embedded Ethernet mini-market and web server functionality. Due to the MRAM memory, values can be permanently stored, eliminating the hassle and worry of losing dynamic and pre-loaded data. This makes them ideal for applications that require permanent retention of critical data. Embedded 10/100Mbps rj45 Ethernet ports and remote connections also allow for fast communication. These controllers support the MOBUS trade agreement while maintaining the ability to send up to 255 e-mails with dynamic data and have easily configurable user web pages. They can also be configured to communicate simultaneously with WINDLDR software (i.e., Firefox/Sary Web Browser), WINSRVOPC software, the HG operator interface, and the MOBUS trade agreement. Up to 14 simultaneous connections can be established. The Embedded Ethernet Micro Market PCETA with MRAM is available in two CPU models with 12 I/O configurations (8 DC inputs and 4 transistorised receivers or source outputs), and is compatible with the current Winder LDR software.

HIMA X-FAN1003 993201013 enables manufacturers and machine builders to drastically reduce machine project development, commissioning time and overall cost of ownership. The software can be downloaded via a web site, run as a custom application on the user’s machine and linked to a database hosted by PLC Code Generator. Users simply configure their machine project, including all machine I/O (inputs and outputs), I/O relationships and general machine sequences. The software then produces a complete PLC programme with full machine control (including automatic and manual forward/reverse modes) and diagnostic functions, as well as a complete set of programme addresses and crossfile comments. Programming and tag generation via commonly used touchscreens or HMIs was also included. emjen’s initial process review of the software included the application of the PLC Code Generator to generate PLC programs for at least 3 different machines with a total I/O count of approximately 150. As these machines had been previously programmed, emjen was able to provide a time and cost analysis of manually programming the machines versus generating the programs using the PLC Code Generator. Code Generator. Results: Average time savings of more than 80%, average cost savings of more than 50%.
