HIMA F3DIO20802 adopts fx2n-64mr PLC, with a programmable controller as the core, to form a closed-loop control system that integrates temperature acquisition, processing, display, and automatic control. The liquid level value in the water tank is controlled by converting the analog quantity into the switch quantity, and the temperature control is further adjusted by the thermal resistance and thermal resistance module through PID adjustment to obtain the deviation to control the effectiveness of the heating device. When using a heating device for heating, select a thermistor as the temperature sensor.
HIMA F3DIO20802 collects temperature data through the analog expansion module thermistor of PLC. The module itself linearizes and compensates for cold end, without the need for any external transmitters or circuits, and can complete all data acquisition and processing functions. After the PID operation, a difference is obtained to adjust the power of the thyristor. By using LED display tubes to display the collected temperature values, in order to facilitate the control of water temperature in various water tanks, data can be input to the PLC through a dial to modify the given temperature values.
