HIMA F-CPU Control Program


The operation procedure of HIMA F-CPU PLC network based tunnel measurement and control system is that the regional controller firstly diagnoses whether the controller is working in normal state according to the controller state, memory area state and port state. Next, the regional controller collects input data from locally controlled input devices, processes it and sends the resultant data to the data link shared area, and reads the data shared by other controllers to the data link area.

The HIMA F-CPU determines the status of the entire tunnel by collecting all the data, and asks the host computer whether to execute the corresponding program according to the judgment result, and after receiving the confirmation, the on-site regional controller executes the corresponding program immediately. If the regional controller does not receive any command from the host computer for a long time, it will control the program according to the specific situation. The control state of the field equipment is changed according to the operation of the plan program, and the corresponding logical truth table of the control state is output to the display equipment. After the PLC executes the external response and control program, and the I/O is refreshed, the result is output to the field equipment.
